displayed on this site are from time to time out of stock. If this situation occurs we will contact you immediately for your instructions.

RETURN POLICY:
  • Any problems with order should be advised within 3 days of receipt of order if damages , we may ask for photos to assess claim.
  • No returns accepted after 30 Days.
  • All returns must be in original,saleable and unused condition.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RINGS as returns, due to  the risk of passing disease from one environment  to another.The risk of contamination is too great.
  • Personalised products  will not be accepted for return. 
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased (but not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
This law protects you the buyer, but please remember- you must contact us and advise of the problem,return goods with all packaging and in their original condition.Please be assured of our best intentions at all times.
